Nancy Coveleskie, Co-founder
Nancy is a life-long resident of Cleveland, Ohio.
She now lives on the west side with her husband, Mike, son Michael and
daughter Elise. She has been in the financial services field since 1988, and
has spent most of her career focusing on retirement planning, wealth
transfer and business continuation. She is an Investment Advisor
Representative, Series 7 licensed through Financial Network Investment
Corporation and insurance licensed for life, health, annuity, property and
casualty. She is certified as a Quadrant Living Specialist and has
been personally trained in Missed Fortune concepts as a TEAM member by its
founder, Douglas Andrew. Nancy is recognized by the Cambridge Who’s
Who Executive and Professional Registry and is a member of The Financial
Services Institute. She is active in her parish both as a teacher of
3rd grade PSR and an active member of the stewardship committee.
She earned her B.S. from Ohio University in 1985 and her MBA in Finance from Cleveland State University in 1988.
Nancy enjoys an active lifestyle. Traveling, skiing, horse-back riding and relaxing with her family at her vacation home in Western New York and at her family's summer home in the Erie Islands are a few of her favorite pastimes.
Gerald Crutchley, Co-founder
Jerry
brings solid expertise in fiscal management and a depth of skills in
business, economics, financial and estate planning strategies. Jerry is
nationally known for his lectures on how to leverage idle dollars, both
business and personal, to build wealth. Before entering the financial
services industry, Jerry was a recognized leader in the healthcare industry.
He was credited with bringing a number of recognizable products to market.
He also served in senior level positions for several Fortune 500 companies.
Jerry has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Akron and
is a veteran of our Armed Services.
He is
certified as a Quadrant Living Specialist and has been personally trained in
Missed Fortune concepts as a TEAM member by its founder, Douglas Andrew
Jerry enjoys spending time with his adult children, watching sports and is active in a mentoring program with Glenville High School in Cleveland's near east side.
Miriam Gilbert, Executive Coach
Miriam began consulting and
coaching independently in 1998. She guides leaders and leadership teams
through the challenges and complexities of growth, change and
transformation. The results - a highly focused and aligned executive
team effectively and profitably changing their
world with clear intention and purpose.
Ms. Gilbert's professional career has included executive, management, and engineering positions with several corporations including Texas Instruments, Digital Equipment Corporation (Hewlett-Packard) and AT&T. Ms. Gilbert’s role with each of these companies was that of change agent as the corporations moved into new business arenas. Ms. Gilbert has successfully delivered executive coaching and consulting to leaders and leadership teams for organizations such as Southwestern Bell Communications (SBC), Cinergy, Inc, IBM, Wells Fargo Bank, Visa, VF Corporation, Pacific Bell, Altarum Institute, NewVectors LLC, Blue Cross Blue Shield, General Motors, the United States Army, United States Air Force, United Nations as well as many other successful corporate and government enterprises.
Her strengths lie in her ability to quickly assess challenging situations, surface the true root cause and brings forward innovative solutions with strategies for implementing and managing change.

Frederick Bartin, Accountant
Fred Bartin graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting and is a Beta Alpha Psi Alumni. His accounting and business related work experience includes the industries of Manufacturing, Professional Services, Real Estate Services and Agricultural. Tax preparation and payroll has also been a focus area for much of his career. While still offering traditional accounting work, Fred also focuses on tax-planning with his clients. Fred has real-life experience as a business owner, having also owned his own landscaping company prior to focusing on accounting services.
